Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

not to say such a terrible experience, bathroom is so much unclean, badly smelling even not to dair to bath, bedsheets are dirty, no room service etc.

I have never seen such a bad hotel. Dirty and smelly. No complimentary water provided. Couldn't eat breakfast as complimentary breakfast was not available before 9am. Lots of ants by the bed. Horrible hotel.

The review.. The review was difficult and the stay was terrible. Next tim i vl never refer make my trip to any of my friends. The bedbugs no water service no staff sevice properly. The booking was only for the lady, the staff should co-operate with the single lady. My wife she was not having the restaurant facility in the hotel, the bedsheets were not been charged. I didn't have any food there so I don't know about food. The location was good it was on the main road so everything was available. Facilities were average. The staff's behaviour was not so good also the service timing

The rooms are not as per the pics shows, water not available, behaviour of staff was very poor, like they are running a hotel in charity. Totally waste of money

I am very disappointed with the service I received during my recent stay. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Basic amenities like towels and soap were not provided, which is unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure better service for future guests.

I had an extremely disappointing overnight stay at Super Townhouse Anishabad. The room was in a terrible condition—unhygienic and smelly from the moment I walked in. The bed sheets and pillow covers were clearly used and had not been changed. The bathroom sink pipe was broken, making it impossible to use. Furniture in the room was damaged and barely usable. To make matters worse, the staff were rude and unhelpful when I raised these concerns. Despite the booking mentioning free accessories, I was charged extra for basic amenities. Worst of all, I developed a skin infection after staying here, which I strongly suspect was due to the filthy bedding and poor hygiene. This experience was far below acceptable standards, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. It’s definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

The sheets and bathroom were pretty decent. For the price i paid - which is about 1000 rs per night, it was a decent stay.

Very poorly maintained. Smelly and terrible rooms. Dirty walls, water was not available. Bathrooms were dirty and taps broken, water leaking. We had to call the reception numerous times to get the issue resolved.

it was bad experience to stay at this hotel. This hotel is for couple not for family. No cleanliness at all. Toilet - bathroom are average. Only bed is ok. I booked this hotel on the basis of excellent rating but this hotel is below average. MMT has to verify the hotel quality and review.
