Poor Stay
The location was okay, but the road was all dug up and hence I had to walk on foot with my luggage to get to the hotel. At the hotel, my card was not working in the room. Each time I left the room, I had to go downstairs to the lobby, ask for someone to open the room, again go upstairs and wait for someone to open the room. Room service was good but in-room dining is very expensive. I'd rather pay the same amount in some fancy restaurant instead. When I requested for packaged breakfast on the checkout day since I was leaving at around 6-6:30a.m. the hotel staff said no. Your inconvenience in having to call staff each time is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we are addressing this with our maintenance team to ensure such issues are promptly resolved in the future. Bed experience
My experience at this hotel was very bad. The staff was extremely unprofessional and the service was very slow. I requested a towel, and it took 15 minutes to arrive. They charged me ₹50 for a water bottle that has an MRP of only ₹20, which is unacceptable. The staff had a rude attitude and there was no proper response to any of my queries. Even the road leading to the hotel is in terrible condition, and there was no support from the management. Overall, it was a very, very bad experience, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

hotel have no hot water supply in room, no jacuzzi, no hi tea provided or inform, no room sliper available after reminding, no bath tub in room, no hair drier, no tissue paper provided in room and not in washroom, kettel was dirty. We didn't feel that we are staying in deluxe club room. We are not happy

Location is ok. Food for breakfast was disappointing as the rasam was too tart due to the imli. Even the servers knew it was the case. Amenities were average like the floor carpet was heavy with dust. Needs cleaning. Ac duct was filled with dirt. Window curtain heavy with dust. Bed cushion was ok.

torn pillow cover and old bedsheet was a turn off
The hotel was clean but in the room, one expects amenities that shouldn't be subpar. The pillow covers were torn and mattress was uncomfortable.

HORRIBLE STAY
We are travellers who have stayed in soooo many hotels but this has to be one of the worst ones ever. Not only is the staff incompetent and arrogant the entire hotel is infiltrated with mosquitoes. They take forever to cater to requests. We had to call 8 times just to get one all out in the room since there were over 100 mosquitoes in the corridors that were entering the room through the gaps. To make the experience worse, the watchman (without the manager’s knowledge) called us in our room at 11 PM to move our car stating that there was no space for other cars. This happened after we had asked the watchman while parking the car if it’s okay. When we went down to move the car - 6 other cars could’ve been parked there easily. They just like harassing their guests. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE - the only thing you will get is malaria and dengue.
