Room was clean. Ambience was good. Staff and owner were very cooperative. Food was good. I will suggest to have some more option for breakfast

only a half ltrs water bottle was provided. no electric kettle or tea kit. in the morning for hot water waited till 7 am. Room fridge was too dirty. AC was intermittent. On query I was informed that only Rs 1600/ they get. rest amount is taken by booking agency

Service was good, warm welcome at the hotel, property is good, rooms were big enough for family to stay together.

Food taste is very good and i thoroughly enjoyed. Choice of vegetarian items is a bit limited and management should work on this. Overall a star hotel experience in a place like ballia

House keeping is so so. Food is good with less options. Cleanness is satisfactory. Reception is cold.

Geyser not working, corroded water coming from tap. Lift shut down in evening.

It was a terrible stay and moreover this hotel is not meant for stay at all as it’s primary objective is to take marriages function and exploit customer service. Firstly, the room service is pathetic. Secondly this hotel is complete unaware of the complimentary breakfast and charged me for taking breakfast as they restricted me to take only one item. Lastly the hotel staff is not at all respecting it’s guests especially the restaurant staff.

Located on manjhi road, just 3 km from ballia railway station. Easy to reach.

The room allotted to me was dirty and the bedroll was used before. There was no backup.

Everything was pathetic, food, location, hospitality, staff behavior. Overall 1 point out of 5.

Rooms are smelling and quality is so poor. Fan was noising. Floor and every thing having dust including telephone was in bad condition with dust.

Booked a super deluxe room for 2 adults but at reception initially 2 persons entry denied under pretext that booking is only for 1 which was allowed only after verification from voucher. Initially they allotted standard room but on protest gave super deluxe room. Meals were tasty.

Location of Hotel is isolated from City. Basic requirements are not available nearby. Food items are limited even they mentioned in menu.

Best Hotel in Ballia, good food, nice location, staffs are good. Overall very good Hotel.
