Hi In my entire career of traveling, I have never stayed in such a tribal hotel. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the accommodation. please find the below key issue i faced. 1. In the bathroom the toilet Z spray was not working, when I complained the hotel manager said - this is how it is you will have to manage we are not able to help you. 2. the room had foul odor but no one was ready to address the issue. 3. the room is extremely dirty 4. the bathroom was in such a bad condition that I did not even feel like entering it. 5. Pillow Cover, Bed Sheet, Blanket Cover, and tawal everything this used available in room..

It was not upto the price. Washroom not clean. Water is also not clean. No proper cleaning of rooms.

Ac not working, insects running inside the room staff also aware but not supported, they also charged 120 rs for water bottles which was complimentary in the room, i have never seen in any hotel that water bottles are chargable. Lizard in the room. Cockroach inside it

Nothing is good about this hotel. Yes, it’s on walkable distance from Ballia railway station, that’s the only good thing. Rats were dancing in the room through a big hole in window, bed sheets were dirty. Water in bathroom was muddy. Breakfast quality was very poor. They change the room next day but it has similar issues , only thing was better that window had a smaller hole for baby rats

Only things good about this hotel is vicinity to railway station & room size which is ok. Otherwise there are multiple things terrible with this hotel: 1. Zero sense of cleanliness - they just broom & wipe floor. But do not expect clean lenins or towels. Suggestion - carry your own. 2. Service - service is pathetic you order food & expect atleast one hour to get that. 3. Washroom - as much room size is big. Washroom was terrible in size as well sink was leaking. Even after telling they could not get it fixed during 3 days of my stay. 4. Price - price is high for kind of service & cleanliness. Travel being part of my job, i stay in atleast 2-3 hotels per month across up. This was worst till date.

Anything you need during stay was already available. Very comfortable Stay with Family and recommended to all family trips whenever anyone wants to come to ballia. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for all kind of assistant that Hotel Staff can provide thanks for pleasant Stay

Stay was enjoyable and good experience

Very poor experience. The bedsheet was not clean and was smelly. Didn't get proper amenities, asked for a blower which was not provided. Service was not good as I asked for toiletries, which took another day to provide, even after calling multiple times. The food was tasty and the quality was nice, the quantity was sufficient. The location was fine.
