Dear guest , a very large kitchen and restaurant is in our hotel with many service staffs , so your complain is surprising. Location is also the heart of city from where railways, roadways all other offices and market nearby.we have our parking of 15 cars. So please again tell which facility did you not find here.

How is it possible sir , cooler is available in only NON-AC room it's not need in AC room, and if you ask for water , tea , foods etc our service staffs are ready every time for prompt service,

soloThe property is located in a residential area and is difficult to find. Rooms are not clean. Although it is a new property but no cleanliness at all. The toilet is not cleaned properly. Water is yellow in colour and stinking. Dusting was not done in the room. Lift is not suitable for one person with small luggage. Horrible stay. Don't go on photos. I will never stay in this property again. No hygiene, no safety.

Dear sir Really sorry for your experience but today all things have been changed, A big RO Purifier plant has been installed with overhead tank for pure and clean water, more staffs have been joined for clean hygienic campus every where. A well experienced manager has joined for better service and management also. Please give us a chance again.
