OLD AND DIRTY BLANKET INSTED OF MATRESS SET NO TISSUE AVAILABLE 7 .WASHROOM IS ALSO NOT CLEAN AND TURBID WATER IS COMMING FROM TAP.

They are lack of cleanliness totally bed sheet n pillow sheets remained the same for 5days. Water need to request all d time. Towel need to request to change always not sufficient of towels need big improvement for service.

Although the booking was till 12pm check out, the receptionist kept saying that you have to check out by 9am. I have already checked out from the hotel for the same reason.

Hotel is denying to give invoice

The location and the hospitality of the staff was very good. We enjoyed our stay. The bed in our room no. 108 had very sharp corners I would advise the management to round it off otherwise people will get hurt if not careful.

Construction work going on at the Hotel during my stay, so there was lot of noise. Service is very slow, food is good. Cleanliness can be improved, especially in the galleries. No space for parking.

I planned for attending a wedding of my friend. The hotel is in the center of the city, where the conveyance is easily available. Also, staffs are cooperative. Thanks.
