To be very honest property food is good and about location is kind a tricky and facilities is okay because in my room ac was not working properly.

They can do a lot better, they should provide towels and hot water as they promise to be a luxury property, rest everything else was decent, good demeanour and behaviour by front desk staff Deepak, good guy. Helping nature. Good stay overall.

Pathetic experience with The Hotel Bliss. Location is far from Patna Junction 10km away remote area. it is very difficult to find out the Cab booking for roaming in city. Resturant is available in hotel but food is not Good. You can book food via Swiggy or Zomato from this Hotel.

Our stay here was the best ..... behaviour of the staff was very nice.....and each and every service was on top notch.... highly recommended.....even food was very tasty....

This was 3 night stay at the hotel. Food is as always the best part of this hotel. Staffs are good too but this time I had to push them for everything to get things properly done in my room (may be because it is a season of marriage and staffs were bit busy). My checkout was 8 hours later from the hotel's checkout time. Receptionist charged the full day price, which was okay to me because he told me the rules of the hotel. But I asked for some concession as the AC was not working for 2 days but he denied the concessions (even when the AC is not working) and told me to leave if I don't want to pay. I think this was the rude behavior of him. Otherwise I had always liked this hotel and it's service. But yes Receptionist also offered a room with working AC but that room lacked almirah and Kettle and other stuffs (he said beside that room , every room in the 3rd floor is like that only), so we denied to change the room.

Hotel price is not justified, room service, room conditions, connectivity to the hotel was too bad. I wouldn’t prefer to stay again

The hotel is too far from the city and just besides a dump yard because of which there is constant smell. Their kitchen staff does not show up until 8 am so there is no provision for breakfast
