Billing department is very much unsystematic. Some other Bills are accumulated in my Room. Claiming 20 Tea for @Rs50 = Rs 1000 from me. I am Single Person How can take 20 Tea Asking to pay and it is really shocking how they are claiming also saying the

Hotel stay was average . Fridge was not working . Bathroom had some smell .

The room and the food especially Palak paneer was too good and the buffer breakfast .. the staff was supportive too

The hotel is located on main road. There is no 24 hours hot water but they provide on request. Nice and clean rooms, courteous staff. The attached restaurant needs revamp.

The location of the hotel is good with car parking. There was a mouse in our room which was impossible to get rid of & lots of mosquitoes. Food and service is good, staffs are also nice. But hygiene could be improved. Hot water in bathroom not available all the time even in winter.

Overall satisfactory need improvement in service part. Breakfast was not given in time and kept waiting as per committed.

room design for suite is not good .not much of value with respect to money. staff not trained to give service timely

The location is good near the railway station which is reachable. but needs more attention on breakfast.
