The room and the food especially Palak paneer was too good and the buffer breakfast .. the staff was supportive too

The hotel is located on main road. There is no 24 hours hot water but they provide on request. Nice and clean rooms, courteous staff. The attached restaurant needs revamp.

The location of the hotel is good with car parking. There was a mouse in our room which was impossible to get rid of & lots of mosquitoes. Food and service is good, staffs are also nice. But hygiene could be improved. Hot water in bathroom not available all the time even in winter.

Overall satisfactory need improvement in service part. Breakfast was not given in time and kept waiting as per committed.

Wonderful stay, well clean and ventilated room, having excellent restaurant with good food and service, good behavior of hotel staffs and were very cooperative.

There was only one problem in the food bill. They charged extra than the price on bill example - i have ordered food for 380 and they bill 504 when i complained that told us they manage in next order but didn't do this
