Disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, and the staff was unhelpful.

After reaching the hotel,hotel receptionist has taken extra for AC rooom.

The management was totally absurd. They don't have the way to talk. No water availability. No backup electricity on power cut. Room was full of foul odor. AC was completely under breakdown. When we raised any issue to so called manager he used to launch only. Totally pathetic. MMT shows best room pic & facilities during booking & charges more Money. But the reality is far away My experience is with MMT is not good. Thanks

Horrible. Horrible.. Horrible. No amenities... No toiletries. Shower does not work properly- you have to hold the selector knob with one hand- to take bath. Absolute wastage of money.

The hotel was bit expensive as compared to the amminites provided by them geyser was not working, neither tv not ac remote was available in the room apart from that. Rest was up to the mark. Staff were good, room was nice and spacious

Cheating in the food menu. Print price is different and the bill price is totally different.

The food and staff were very good. The location was awesome. I need to share some feedback about hotels staff. We have booked the hotel for 18th 12 am to the 19th 12pm but we checked out @ 4 :30pm because it was raining. Cashier has charged me 600 and even he told me that i will share the complete bills on what's up still i am waiting. Room no-222.

This property is not for regular traveller. It is for occasional traveler or parties (like marriages)
