Review Of Hotel Jay Deluxe

Simoly don't book it. Its located near Railway Station and its offering AC non AC room at 1/3rd price. There is nothing deluxe about it.

Room was very untidy & food was stale. Not worth for under Rs2000 . No car parking available. Ac was not chilling. It should be under ₹500 hotel

It was a pleasure to stay, staffs behaviour was very good. nearest location to Sasaram railway station.

Behavior of staff was good. Since i was very late in check in they called me on 1. 20 a. M. To confirm my check in. That was really awesome

staff behaviour was very cooperative but hotel location was in front of railway station and it was busy road you may face some noise problem

Hotel room was not clean. Water leaking from ac. Called 3 times for that then they came. Toilet faucet was leaking not able to use that. Not able to sleep whole night after switching off whole light due to room was as day light condition. Light was coming from windows due to no curtain on that. Complimentary breakfast was added with extra 150 charge but that was not even of 100 rupees only two paratha with pickle. Will not recommend anyone

The hotel is good. Staff members of hotel not looking so active. I have complaint regarding the television is not working but they ignored that issue. When i entered in the room, the room was not cleaned properly. The environment of hotel was peaceful which i liked most. There was no disturbance. My money was worth it not gone waste.

Really bad experience, totally wasted of money, service is horrible, room is compact even so dirty, you will see around cockroaches and some other insect inside the room, electricity most probably will be shutting down all the time, only location you may found good, it’s close to railway station. I strongly not recommend to any professional to get stay here. I surprise why mm t is keep this hotel in his network. Manager and other staff is soft in terms of behaviour.

Once a time i was in sasaram and want to stay for that night in sasaram. And after that i was searching for a hotel and found hotel jay delux. I booked room offline and stayed that night in this hotel i found that the behaviour of all staffs are very positive and supportive

Manager behaviour is bad and service is very bad. Breakfast is very bad,,

The hotel location was good but the bed sheet was not clean. The toilet flush was not working.

Firstly hotel owner denied and said there is no booking on your name and the way of talking was worst but other person who was also there later on he helped us

My father checked in even informing them in prior that they are coming late, they found issues at the time of check in. They were not able to find the booking and i had paid already for it. My brother was having exam. My booking was with breakfast, they did not gave a little bit of packed breakfast also. Washroom was smelling a lot. I called 10 times and there was no response from the hotel side. They didn't received the mm t call also. Very bad service, we are not happy and we will not visit again.

The room was comfortable, the ac was working and the bathroom was big and clean. The only problem was that the ac rooms of the hotel were on the third floor and i was staying with my father who found it tiring to climb to the third floor. Everything else was good, the stay was satisfactory.

Can't suggest to there. They're provided worsted room first and told you to change but they are not
