THE IMPERIAL BODHGAYA

Food being served in restaurant was not up to the mark. Very average taste. No hot water was coming in bathroom.

Well maintained property with clean rooms and toilets with decent toiletry provided. Staff was quite responsive and food in the restaurant was also good. Overall, good value for money for my stay of 2 nights.

The Imperial Hotel provides great value for money, combining comfort, spacious rooms, convenience, and genuine hospitality. It made my stay in Bodh Gaya memorable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this holy city. Location The hotel is situated close to the Mahabodhi Temple and airport as well , which makes visiting this sacred site very easy and relaxing. The surrounding area is peaceful

This is a good hotel for stay in gaya. The rooms are little old style but the people in the hotel make up for any for the lack of amenities. Rohit and sushil were wonderful in the restaurant and made sure we got what we asked for. Also their restaurant is a must visit. Rara chicken and litti chokha are must tries.

The hotel is near gaya airport and also not too far from the mahabodhi temple. The hotel is neat and clean. The food are also good and tastey. The cab provided by the hotel was toyota innova which is vey comfortable.

Rooms are nice. Clean beds and bed sheets are clean. Only issue i think they have less staff. They wont bring drinking water. There is some issue at cafeteria plan. I think they are less in staff. They couldnt manage service.

It was my first visit to hotel imperial at bodh gaya. I found the premises very neat and clean. The staff were very helpful and smiling. The room was well appointed and was upto mark in all respects, like ac, toiletries, tv unit, tea maker, wardrobe, sleepers,. Room service was excellent. Ample parking lot, and the hotel people provided the stay of my driver as well. Food and beverage were excellent. The whole property was flawless.

Very bad. The rooms were not upto mark. In breakfast they just gave aloo puri and poha which were pathetic

Please see above our stay two night was excellent. If only only had the time we would hove stayed two more days to enjoy the wonderful hospitality. We will be recommending imperial to all our friend circle. We express your hotel staff all well for their excellent job and this is key for any hospitality industry as good services and care wins or loose guests for ever.

Big rooms, comfortable beds, water-kettle for tea/coffee was all commendable. The menue showed maybe 50% dishes that were factually not available- and service at restaurant was very poor when good number of guests was there. Front desk people friendly and efficient, other staff need more training on it
