Best for couple but only booking with ****** Food quality and taste was best for couples and family

In Actual the Hotel room cost Rs.2094/- per day including GST but MMT had charged me too high i.e Rs.3062/- per day. Why such a huge difference? I felt cheated by MMT

Poor Hygiene, dust lying on tables, dirty curtains, Washroom water outlet was clocked with dirty due to this water was not flowing properly, No handwash was refilled in washroom, even wash basin was not cleaned, cigarette bud were laying on washroom window. Very limited items in complimentary breakfast.

Clean hotel, courteous staff, good food, good house keeping, prompt action, good location, ventilated rooms recommended to stay in business trips

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided at your hotel. You have good ratings over the make-my trip but in reality all the ratings are fake. I found very much difficult to stay here for just two days. On the very first day, when i entered into the room there was no water bottle inside the room. I hope it's a basic courtesy for a hotel is to provide at least 1 bottle as a welcome water drink. But it was absent in your hotel. I found no hand towel as well as bathing towel in the room. Tv which was fitted in the room did not had the set top box recharge. Next day morning, when i woke up i found it extremely annoying that just above my room heavy noisy drilling activity was going on, which completely distracted my attention. Despite requesting at the reception to stop noise no steps were taken from your end. All these things were not enough when you guys had booked the whole hotel for a marriage ceremony in which right from the evening people were coming and ringing the door bells, not only this many a times they were attempting to open the door without permission and few of them literally opened the door without asking to anyone. Very unprofessional people were there, no hotel staff was there to guide them. My frustration went to next level when people were ringing the bell and if i mistakenly open the room, then also they starts to stare inside the room, forgetting the simple courtesy.
