Hotel Mangalam

The location of the hotel is good. However, despite our prior reservation for two nights and full payment, the hotel failed to provide the reserved four-bedded room even after seven hours, as it had been already given to guests from a wedding party. They offered us a double room with an extra mattress instead. With no other option, we had to stay there. Frequent power outages were another major issue. Ultimately, we checked out 24 hours earlier than planned. Although the staff were cooperative, the overall experience was disappointing.

i stay along with family...internet(wifi) was not working.....TV was not working ...intercom was unserviceable..... staff is very much cooperative ,food was delcious

Nice place to stay in Sasaram. Hospitality and behavior of staff was very good. We breathed fresh air in this hotel after our twenty hour ordeal in traffic jam while returning from Mahakumbh .

Considering the place, overall stay was good. Hotel was better than average yet met expectation. Railway station hardly 5 mins from hotel and easily connected through auto and e-ricksaw. Overall satisfied and can be booked for shorter stay. Room was ok but still a lot of improvement is required like lizard was found in the room along with mosquitoes. Hygiene was average however hotel staffs were too good and attentive. I'll give 2. 5/5 rating.

Worst experience. Service is poor

Hotel was clean and at a quiet place , rooms were decent , parking was there. Hotel staffs were polite , I ordered dinner in that hotel it was delicious . Overall experience of my stay is excellent 👍

The condition of room and the management was worst in this hotel. After that I already paid for the breakfast but i had to pay again for the same. When i told the receptionist that i don’t have the tooth kit so plz arrange then the receptionist had denied and told me ggat sir you have to arrange by your self. If I pay more than 2k for the single bed so i can assume that at least I can get minimum product like thooth kit, sleeper, and bath kit. But I didn’t get a single thing in this hotel. Thank you When I entered in this hotel I totally upset. So I didn’t take a photo
