no room service available, no lift, no glass, jug, tap and foset not working properly.

Non AC rooms- Fan is very slow. Other wise is ok

Parking is not available in hotel. Ac& tv is not perfect working

Don't go to this hotel. Online booking karne k bad vi e log offline book karke raktha ha, App online book karne k bad app ka room milne ka chance 1hr to 2 hr lagega. 500 ka kam hota ha ... ekdam bakowas hotel..

5. Shivkamna guest house and hotel it really awesome place for stay with family and friends. And also it's very near from dehri on son railway station just 1 min walk. Excellent hotel for stay

Non refundable system is very annoying , I'm very disappointed 😞this system ,so please any reason refundable available neccecary

The services are extremely great. The staff members were really helpful and cooperative. All the amenities were intact and highly cleaned and hygienic. We had a pleasant stay and would prefer to stay again in the same hotel.

Good location. Clean and homely stay. Cooperative staff. They served the food as asked. Just room size might have been better

Hotel is very near to dehri station. In narrow streets but not a big problem. Rooms are big and good. Cleaning of room should be much better. Other wise everything is good.

Good ambience of the room, beds were comfortable and we got one sofa and table, also we have tv for entertainment.

Location is good because very nearby to Railway station but it's location is very crowdy ( fruit wholesale market)and not peaceful. very early morning You can hear loud voices of fruit seller for auction. No Toiletries provided. No room service. No food service. Room was good. Staff behaviour okNeed to improve service and courtesy to customer in respect of service rate is high. 50% extra charged for 4 hrs early checking.Better options are available in Dehri but for late night arrival location is very good and outside food shops are available due to Railway station location. You can enjoy outside service. Rental cars and auto rickshaw available round o clock from stationI will not recommend to stay here due to lack of food and room service
