Location wise very good,and this is the only plus point, otherwise terrible in all respect. Washroom leaking and after so much chasing nobody comes up to repair,Dirty linen,towel ac remote not working,in fact nothing is working

Hotel was good and staff were cooperative. However food served was not upto the mark. But i would recommend this hotel for further stays

Very unhygienic, cleaning issue, leakage in washroom from geyser, washroom cleaning is very bad.

Worst hotel. Staff behaviour is very bad. Washroom are not clean. Food are not hygienic. Toilet seat is not clean. Ac is not cooling properly. Rooms are smelling very bad. I paid 6 thousand for 8 hrs. Beds are not clean. They don’t provide slippers please remove it from mm t this is not good for your reputation

Hotel room and washroom is in very bad. Housekeeping is too poor, i'm not happy with hotel buddha bihar, only food quality is good.

The room was spacious clean and cozy. The breakfast had so many varieties which i didn't expected in such small town. Glad that the way the hotel has been maintained. Room services are also very quick

They have their own high quality restaurant. You can have multiple choices in breakfast, lunch & dinner. Foods were delicious.

Rooms are bad. Price is too high as per the hotel room

Stayed in room. Property is old and needs renovation. Room require fresh paint. Tower bolt on entry door from inside was tight and required lot of effort to open it in the morning. Toilet seat had leak after flushing resulting in smell in the bathroom. Handle of Tap and mixture in bathroom has sharp edges, it can be more rounded. Staff is courteous and prompt. Food is reasonably tasty and good. Room prices are on higher side for the age of property.

Everything is not appropriate not good for the customers ! just hotel is big ! break fast is not good too!

Common bathroom was in bad condition while I was checking out I used it. Staff was very courteous.

Rooms are better in size but average in cleanness. Breakfast verities are very less, at least they should add veg noodles. Management needs better training.
