Dear Mmt group next time hotel not book Invoice updated Brackfast but Brackfast nothing Hotel manager very poor response

Seepage in the room / Poor Dining experience - Dinner & Breakfast took more than 60 mins / Dirty Washroom

Reception staff are very bad behavior.If you book and reached the Hotel he make trouble to check in also denied his mentioned policy's and try to make extra charges.Washroom Flush not working when i was informed then he suggests you can use Dormitory washroom for one time and we can't resolve today. He doesn't care about you.He is trying to make fear for me unskilled receptionist.

The reception staff is very poor behavior. If you have book by mm t then he behave like you are not a guest you are criminal and always ready to make trouble. Ready to find another way to pull money from your pocket. Please don't go. He denied his own policy's and room's not well, washroom flush not working when i am ask him he told me we can't give another room and today we can't able to resolved it if you need washroom then use our doormetry washroom for one time. Please guys if you need a good hotel then don't choose it.

the rooms were extremely very small and i feel suffocated.also bathroom was tiny actually there's was not enough space to take shower and because of that we even didn't take shower. actually i was to give rating 2 because overall it was a bad experience but food service saved the day. the quality of food was very good. but food is not enough reason to stay.rooms quality matter so sorry next time we never gonna visit this hotel. thank u. rest room 🙄
