Review Of Hotel Singhaal

I am highly disappointed with the services at Singhal Hotel. Drinking water is not provided in the room; we are forced to purchase it separately. Room service is very poor. The quality of food is extremely bad. There is no clarity on what is included in room service. Even in double occupancy booking, breakfast details are not clear. After paying such a high amount, we are not getting even basic facilities. Kindly look into this matter and confirm what services are actually included.

Room is not in condition and reception account is not provide hotel bill as per booking..

During my recent stay, I initially occupied room 205, but the AC wasn't cooling adequately despite multiple follow-ups. The issue was addressed by shifting me to room 306; however, the room wasn't up to the mark. Additionally, I had paid ₹300 for complimentary breakfast, but the offering was limited to a cup of tea and one paratha. When I requested a second paratha, I was charged for it. The staff's behavior was also unsatisfactory, with one staff member advising me against booking the complimentary breakfast. Furthermore, during power cuts, the AC remained off for approximately 3-4 hours each night, significantly impacting my comfort. I hope these concerns will be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

SERVICE IS GOOD. ROOM IS NICE AND CLEAN HELPING STAFF AND FOOD QUALITY IS GOOD. LOCATION IS GOOD.

The hotel is on main road, 5 minutes by auto from railway station, room is spacious, no ac on generator, no lift, have to take stairs, poor maintenance, towel and a medimix soap provided. Room service ok, can get tea 7. 30 onward s not before that, no buffet breakfast

The room was spacious, all the facilities were there. Water quality was not good, it was muddy. One benefit was that it has parking facility which other hotels nearby didn't have, which I liked the most. The food was nice and tastes great.
