I never seen this type of hotel. They are fully unprofessional. After sending booking details t hay don't know how many days i booked room. This hotel is not safe for people. I have booked for two days after one days they kept my luggage outside the room where as i have not c hack out and i have kept my luggage at my room. Not providing any toiletries kit. Ac also not working properly. Linen also not clean. It's a terrible experience in my travel journey. Horrible.

Lift not working, toilet shower, basin call is not working, broken bad. I found also a condom cover on the room. Its terribly bad.

Affordable hotel nearby patna jn, so one should take it to roam around in patna or catch train from patna jn. Staff behavior is awesome, just one call away. Only one thing to remember if you are travel-ling with family then need to go on 4th floor through stair incase lift / electricity is not working.

Outside hotel area is not cleaned, hotel is only on 4th floor of the building. Room which i stayed in wqs good, in bathroom the geyser was not working. Ac didn’t cool the room enough
