The bathroom was very unclean. The room size was too small. No ventilation. The blankets were smelly. Room service was late

Property was good neat and clean room good staff.smooth check in and staff was good and polite easy to reach

It’s in city centre of Karol bhag…hotels near by. The place is good to stay with family. Hotel staff is polite.

Very bad behaviour by hotel staff

The stay has been pleasureful made possible because of mr. Gagan who happens to be a great host equipped with a very good staff. The food served at the hotel is always great and kadhai paneer, pane-er tikka masala, mix veg and egg bhurji among many more are worth mentioning. Conclusion is that the place is a good stay and there is value for money and great service.

Except location the hotel was not worth recommending. We booked one executive room but for some stupid reasons management gave us very clumsy room. Staff is also not educated enough.

We have got a terrible experience in the hotel we booked. It was hotel bonlon inn near karol bagh delhi. We booked this hotel one week prior to our trip and when we reached there, they told us no rooms available and they provided us a hotel with ugly room and cupboards. The next day, we got into the hotel we booked. And the room was not so clean. They dont even have a room service. The kettle was dirty to make coffee, the room was not cleaned the next day, they havent even provided us a bathing soap. We got the soap when we asked for it. I wish i could give a zero star rating and everyone can see it and dont book the hotel

Perfect for business stay and the staff was very approachable and supportive till the end of my stay and planned for an extension as per my request since it was an unplanned extension of time for me. It:s been a great experience

The room was clean and the service was great. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Overall, very comfortable stay for my trip. You can even tell them to bring food from nearby market. The location is also very pleasant.

This hotel is for locals who can spend time smoking or drinking alcohol. Please dont go with your family. Hygiene is poor and no cleanliness at all. We booked for 3 days and due to this situation I vacated within 3 hours and they forced me to pay 1 day's rent as well.

There are no one follow social distance.
