Stay and food was good. But hotel boys are cleaning the room every day. They should clean the room once the guests are moving out.

Excellent Stay
Undoubtedly this is one of the good hotels in Mathura. The staff both at the front and room service is very polite and courteous. Food is good with surprisingly affordable price and room dining is available any time. Above all its only very near to Mathura Junction, hardly 700 mts with Autos available exactly in the front most of the time. Overall it's a satisfying stay.

Terrible Stay
The room was not clean. Bathroom was stinking. The entire reception bay, the corridors was stinking. The food is terrible. I will not suggest anyone. The chair foam was worn-out. Totally bad and unhygienic hotel.

The hotel just had a great looking lobby. Rooms were unclean - with stained walls that looked like blood and what not. Not sure. The door had hand prints and help written with finger prints. The bedsheet had cigarette burns. The food was disgusting as well. Boiled rice was yellow in color, the raita had old boondi. Overall the worst stay of my life. I checked out the same day by 4:30

Hotel staff was nice, It was bit overpriced, Hotel doesn't offer Breakfast buffet, although provided the Breakfast few items from the menu if you have opted the option room with breakfast.

Room was not upto mark, Absolutely disappointing. The room was filthy—stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a strange smell throughout. Housekeeping clearly skipped this one. Won’t be coming back.”

Average Stay
Rooms were good but i booked under category Executive (premium) and rooms were normal. Nothing premium was there. Staffs were supportive but breakfast option was only available past 8.30 AM and so we had skipped our complementary breakfast one day as we had to start our tour from 7.30 am.
