Hotel rated 4.5/5 by Make my Trip in 2017/18. The condition now is very poor Toilet floors are not clean, flush is not working properly. Rooms are not disinfected, cockroaches found in many places. Tea kettle has rust inside, lid broken. No mineral water supplied, water supplied was hard water Surely, won't suggest and won't go once again to the same place.

Hotel staff behaviour were not good.... hotel washroom toilet sheet cover was cracked. I was asked hotel staff regarding breakfast he is ignoring and not responding.

Very bad hotel room are small while comparing price in bathroom washbasin nul was in bad condition staff was not good reception was completely bad behaviour

Hotel is over prized, lacks basic cleaning. Does not define a hotel of rate Rs 2.k category. Has basic services issues , which should be the number 1 priority in a service industry.

I noticed that the door lock was not functioning as expected, which may need some maintenance. Additionally, there was a noticeable damp smell in the room. It might be helpful to inspect for any underlying moisture issues and consider improving ventilation or using a dehumidifier.

In my entire career , I did not faced this experience , washroom is not up to mark , bed are dirty , washroom is not cleaned , rats are roaming around ,charging points are not working , towels are dirty , food was not up to mark , overall i will rate this hotel -10 , how this hotel got 4.5star by make my trip , i think mmt should review it and I want my money back

Hotel has a really good restaurant with yummy food. And the location of the hotel is also good because the holy gate and chatt bazaar falls at a walking distance from this hotel. The staff is also helpful.

we asked the auto driver for the hotel and he dropped us there , we stayed in the hotel for 2 days and the hotel service was worse The food was also not good enough as compared to the price.

The food is good, the facilities and rooms are not good as per the images shown and expectations. The location is also good.

Property is not as same as in pictures because of no update Worst sevice or we say no service No cleaniness at all

I had been there for Yatra. No doubt good and courtesy wise it’s good. Cleanliness they have to put in more efforts. Moping and cleaning of rooms toiletries to be available no doubt of single use types. Hand towels may also be provided.

The room was not proper. The toilet was broken. The room was not like deluxe. The staff was not professional.

Rooms are too small. Lunch/breakfast is very poor. Rs 4000 charged for room with food which is not at all worth. Same room with food you will get at 2000. Pls do not ever stay. Last booking from make my trip too. Rooms are getting at 2800 with food when asked to reception guy. Make trip looted with extra rs 1000

The room was very small, the size of the room may not have been an issue if it was clean. I saw spiders, cockroaches and flies in my room. The staff was also very unprofessional i had to call them thrice go just the room cleaned. The service was late. The toilet was covered with flies and mosquitos. Also the food (thali) i ordered had a piece of plastic and the plate in which the food was served was really dirty on complaining about it nobody from the staff paid heed to it. They just took the food amd never responded back. Also i felt really unsafe in the hotel that i had to put a table behind the door to lock the door perfectly.

At night 12. 08 someone entered the room. Opened the door. When i heard the noise i check the gate, it was open. That was a horrible stay as i could not sleep due to fear. Worst hotel

Good but need to clean the floors and doors are also not closing properly so need to check on that but it was a good experience

The hotel staff is very arrogant. He doesn't listen to you when you call many times. The room and bathroom remain dirty. He does not follow any kind of cleanliness. He behaves like a don because the hotel belongs to a politician.

Pathetic service. Room was not ready for my checked in, i was advised to wait for some time then too bed sheet was not clean. Insects were there in the room. Room was changed, then washroom was not clean, intercom was not working and towels were not provided. Horrible experience

Bathroom was not managed, but average stay. Location is good and room size is also average but not so small.
