The location of the hotel was good, and the staff was very cooperative, especially in fulfilling kids’ requirements. The food was also nice. However, the major concern was cleanliness. The room was not properly maintained – curtains, sofa, bed, and washroom were not clean. Overall, the stay was fine, but the hotel definitely needs to improve on cleanliness.

room cleaning facility is very poor , the location of property is not so good. no market nearby there. overall experience is average . There is security all the time in this complex . breakfast was good . Room was decent . swimming pool facility also available.

This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve ever had. We were forced to change rooms not once, but twice, because of major air conditioning failures. First, the AC wasn’t cooling properly, and then, in the middle of the night, the AC in the second room completely stopped working. Imagine having to pack all your luggage at midnight and move rooms while your sleep is ruined, completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide comfort. Instead of a relaxing stay, it turned into a stressful and exhausting experience. For the price paid, this level of service and maintenance is disgraceful. I would strongly advise management to take these issues seriously, and I cannot recommend this property until they do.

The hotel Hare Krishna Orchid is in perfect location from where most of temple is very nearby. The room is very spacious with all the modern amenities. All staff are very humble and while meet them always we listen *Radhe Radhe* give so pleasing to ears. Food is very delicious and satwik which add feature to accommodation. I would rate this accommodation 5.

Location is 3 km from Prem Mandir . The amenities are abysmally poor and inside the hotel it feels like a hospital. The cleanliness is far from satisfactory. Staffs hounds the guest for tips . Over all , the de Overall, the description given by the property owners

Food was good. But sanitation was a problem. At night there was a lot of ants and cockroach in the bathroom. Also saw a roach in dining area. Geyser in bathroom not working. Cable for TV was not clear.

Hotel staff is polite. We switched room no. 04 times while entering in hotel on the reason of view and floor from 2nd to ground. The staff always remain cool and help us in finalising the room. The ambience as well as the food provided in restaurant was excellent.

I have booked an Orchid Premium room including breakfast. They have given me a room in the new D block. I was expecting a brand new room but the cleanliness was average. The washroom was not up to the expectation as per the premium class. I have ordered a maharaja thali which was really good and breakfast was also good but the stay was average.
