Rancehok's

The rooms, even though upgraded, were very small. It was made up well but not properly dusted. There was a layer of dust on the side tables. No info near the room phone for dialing room service or reception numbers. I had to call the hotel numbers. I also had to ask for the room slippers. There was no buffet for breakfast, only 3 items plus tea and coffee, which made the breakfast option not worth the added cost. Staff was friendly.

Most of the time I stayed at Hotel Rancehok Mathura and had a nice experience. The hotel's space was impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms that offered a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive, making sure all my needs were met. The ambience was awesome, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. And, of course, I enjoyed trying the local cuisine and the hotel's own specialties. Overall, I recommend Hotel Rancehok for its excellent space, top-notch staff and great ambience.

Hotel is location is good and staff is friendly and supportive. Recommend for stay at Mathura. Food is good and entire hotel is well maintained.

The room was so small and congested for it’s price . Room service was also so poor we ordered R.O water thrice but staff did not bring it and why is power is being cut in every 5 minutes . The included breakfast was really very bad they didn’t even provided juice and other basic breakfast food😡

After conducting research, I selected Rancehok’s . I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities like excellent staff service. I highly recommend it!

Property is good but breakfast experience is very bad.They give only 1 option in breakfast and at the time of checkin they told us that they have buffet system.

It was an amazing experience. The property is really really decent, exterior lobby and overall ambience was very nice. Service of the staff is appraise worthy. Cleanliness and rooms ambience was nice, and yes last but not the least, foods quality and variety was of a standard. Value for money
