it is not worth it as per price it is not for business class peoples. don't know how to behave with people not cleaned as required ac also not working properly shower also not working during the checkout I can see other guests were also complaining the same

WiFi was not working, breakfast was not provided on time, lobby light was not working in night, cleanness of hotel was terrible, food was tasteless, hospitality was not up to the mark as phone was not picked up by receptionist. I will not suggest this hotel.

There was no staff available to assist with anything, and the overall service was extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

Bad experience and not a convenient location. To start with location is not in a good area, secondly washroom had broken toilet seat cover, which was not rectified and they did not even change the room for us. Fan had so much dust as if it had not been cleaned for months. They somehow cleaned it but, still it improved from worse to bad. Their chair was bitten by rats and was very clumsy. Also our booking was with food and they did not had any ready buffet for dinner and they asked us to order. While ordering food, they had very little options, plus it took almost an hour and a half before they finally served. The food served was cold, so did not enjoy a bit. In fact we actually thought of changing the hotel in the middle of night, but as we were to leave early at 6.00 in the morning, so dropped the idea.

good hotel , average cleaning & nice staff . krish janmbhumi is only 4.5km away from this hotel. over all good.

Deluxe room was ok but the bathroom was very smelly with gifted of insects and shower running water is very slow. Bouquets was like somebody vomited.

Really easy going hotel super cooperative with our special request for cake and decorations at first we were thinking would they be able to give what we want and it was exactly as we requested the food was equally tasty

Quite spacious room service was quick food was amazing loved the pool especially kids bathrooms were hygienic looks like newly opened property with a spacious environment
