Hotel Rama Palace

Bathroom bad condition with bad smell ,poor location.Hotel are setup on road ,no parking .

Hotel Room Bahut ganda tha. Hotel ka kitchen ka khana hi allowed hai. hum raat ka khana order kiye to sabji kharab thi. hum complain kiye to staff or counter pe jo baitha woh hamari baat nai mana or humse behes kar raha tha.

Rotel room was very bad blanket and bedhseet was dirty we paid full amount but we left from there within 3 hours because the staff of the hotel was very bad ac was not working bathroom was very dirty horrible experience

hotel provide a cab for local tour, but did not visit all the places & misguided from driver . room is not spacious , also water leakage from ac

They have clearly mentioned checkout time at counter which is 11am. When we proceeded for checkout at 11 am they asked for late checkout charge which was full day payment . Staff was very rude to my parents amd rooms were also dirty. Bathroom had smell of cigarettes and taps were jammed. During checkout they called 3 people who claimed to be owners and constantly threatened us that we have to pay otherwise they will not let us leave. They did not provide any extra mattress despite us telling them during checkout that we had booked for 3 people and we need kne extra mattress. They did not even call us once to inform us about late check out only demanded extra charges when we proceeded for checkout at 11 am which is time mentioned at counter. We paid whatever they asked for so we can leave that place.We asked for bill of those charges which they again refused stating there is no such bill they are just charges.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room service was good, and the staff behavior was very polite and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, there was a small issue with the TV in my room – its wire was burnt and the switchboard also seemed damaged, so I couldn't use the TV facility during my stay. Overall, I would rate the service 3.5 out of 5 — good service and staff behavior but some improvement needed in room facilities.

The worst place to be there was this hotel .No basic amenities were provided . I checked-in in the evening and from the night there was no water supply . The washrooms were awful . And also when e complained about these things the staff and the owner started fighting with us using abuses and saying “hmara hotel hai kuch b kare “

Receptionists are most ill mannered here.They started arguing & harrassing for my previous rating & took 1500 extra for 3h extra stay while checkout while we asked to increase our stay for 2d more,we already had stayed 4nights..they check ur bags after 2 stay for 5 days,this is their guest treatment,for that I had given bad rating previously...& in place of room service u get nothing plus too much power cuts.. so decide accordingly

Unprofessional behaviour..had booked for 7days just to keep my luggages as I went home.i didn't even stay here.but they checked my luggages which seemed too unprofessional especially when u r a medicine specialist doctor...need lots of improvement

we had a fantastic stay at hotel rama palace with all basic amenities provided to us. property situated at market place where all facilities from fooding to transport everything available at doorstep. rooms and toilet were clean and good, staffs were also very polite and coordial. in short we had a good stay. thanks. ✔️. we missed photos

the staff was very bad They were literally threatening us we left the hotel before the checkout day, also the roomes were really bad

There was no food service, and the toilet tap and flush were not working properly. The lift and wi-fi were also not working.
