the hotel was very good The cleanliness was perfect we actually orders for cleaning the room and they cooperated with us very kindly location is also very near to railways station making it a very good stay option and very reasonable price

Location is little difficult to find. Road to the hotel is very small so you need to get down on the main road. Room was fine but the washroom was small. Parking issue was there as well.

One thing about the hotel that should be mentioned is that the location of the hotel is very good but it is located a little interior to the main road. Though I did not feel any security issues still due to the lack of lighting in the lane could be an issue. The mineral water that the hotel provided was chargeable and the hotel room and washroom as seen in the picture is not quite that big. Now for the good part, the facilities of the hotel were really admirable. Overall, stay wise a very good experience.

Surrounding is fine, near city. Transportation is not an issue there. Staff was ok-ok. Room was good. Washroom is fine but can be more spacious and hygienic. Safety and security will get a 5-star from my side. Only point of improvement is the washroom and it's hygiene.

The hotel was not a very good one. The room was dirty and smelly. On the second day when we asked to change the bedsheets but it was not done. In the middle of it, the AC in the room stopped working. The washroom had issues with drainage as water started to get stored in the washroom. Overall, we had a hard time staying in the hotel and had to call reception for various reasons.

The rooms of the Hotel was nice. It was a safe Hotel. Food of the Hotel was good and tasty. Location was convenient. It was a good stay.

When I reached the venue they firstly didn't let me check in. The receptionist said she has not received any intimation for the booking. After escalating the issue they took us in but didn't gave the correct room but an inferior one. The Hotel is in a lane away from main Road. Faced hardship in locating the Hotel. There service was also bad. I asked them for water but they didn't provided. I had to go all the way to the nearest shop to get myself some water.

Small washroom and shower is not working, soaps and towels are not there.

Decent place, but super noisy.

Location is perfect to explore Mathura and it is near to railway Station. Service is very good.

Location is interior. Food was good and also the services were good.
It was a good experience. But vehicle parking is 200 meters away from the hotel. Take care of the issue.

The way to the hotel was scary.

The room was sweeped but not wiped. Arrangements in the room is quite good. AC was not working full time. Check-out time is 11AM, if you are late only for 10 minutes to this time, you will ask to next day charge. But at the end all things are good in this price.

Room is dirty, linen also. One of the day in morning at 5 am water is not available in the hotel after too calling to hotel manger also.

I passed good time, if any body coming in Mathura for a tour please come in this hotel because in this hotel facilities is awesome and staff also cooperative their behavior is very good.

Beutyful moments of life . With my life partner . Ever been . Enjoyed a lot in Mathura . So many beautiful temples are there . Very peaceful place. Prem Mandir in Mathura is a very beautiful temples in India I ever seen . Very nice experience in Mathura. We want again to visit Mathura second time.

My personally experience was good in this hotel. All was good but location was very confusing, trace the hotel was very difficult work

Not a good hotel for family because room service is not available in the hotel. For tea, coffee and even for bisleri water you need to move outside in the market. Location is also not very good.
