The Ananta Garden

there were big spiders in our room, when they tried to change and offer another room- every room was full of filthy bed covers and dust. It was very itchy and irritating. The washrooms were terrible.

Was not happy with stay, no food facility & they even charge for water. At night was lot of noise and any one comes n knock at door

I hv very plea-sent stay in hotel ananta garden, room was very clean. Also all the staff are done there work very well.

They are not cooperative at all. Everything you will ask for is chargeable even a single water bottle which is complimentary in all the hotels. No staff, empty hotel. I think there were no guests because of their behaviour and policy only. Very bad experience.

No professional staff, no other guests, whole property is empty, even if you ask for a single water bottle they will ask for extra charges. No complimentary water is provided. Wrong quantity of bottle added in the bill. Worst experience

horrible stay as no assistance provided…people at the reception found sleeping always…no hot water in the room…room was stinking…we had to literally go down at the reception to fill our empty bottles as they didn’t have the sealed bottles…pathetic experience…

Stay was good. Manager was very polite, and yes property is clean. The only problem with property is that it is far from city but that can be ignored because it is near to railway station. Overall stay was good.

Rooms are nice but toilet plumbing needs maintenance. Location is perfect. Hospitality was good. Good choice in budget.

Only 1 security guard was there and he was the only one handling housekeeping, front office room service etc etc, he was an old aged uncle, i was offered room no 1001 that room was not properly maintained, a rat was roaming around on my bed

The stay was comfortable staff was very helpful beautiful garden view outside parking lot available

Geyser was not available in room causing inconvenience and even tea/cofee facility also not available.

Our stay was comfortable and peaceful, rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Well maintained.

Basic amenities are not there in rooms like towel, soap, glasses, water, etc.

Let's start from reception every time we go for any help we find the reception empty which was hilarious. There were so many mosquitos in room, no hot water to take bath. Staff were really untrained doesn't know the job properly.

Pros: spacious and hygienic room; suitable for kids; parking facility ; nice staff behavior cons: tv was not there in the room though depicted in mm t during booking ; bathroom door latch not working, shower not working properly; limited kitchen/restaurant facility.
