location was accurate room are small tea cups were not available intercom was poor staff surved broken remote of air-conditioner which were difficult to operate i read the power back up facility in hotel that's why I booked here when electricity gone air-conditioners were not working I asked to check they told me it will work when electricity will come after 1-2 hrs and I scold on them they came and check the AC Food was not good my 2 friends were sick next day I extend time/ stay had word on 2500 but at the last moment he refused and took 3000 from me geyser was not working water taps and shower were defective and leaking

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
