Vrinda Sarovar (800 mtr from Mathura Railway Station)

Stayed for 3 days. Toilet flush was not working. There was no calling bell. Toilet is very dirty and needs good cleaning.

Good and well behaved staff. Hassle free service. kanhaiya on reception was very helpful when we couldn't find a local/ola/uber ride, he himself assisted us with getting an e-rickshaw to reach our destination.

It was a value for money stay, decent staff and good ambience. But the team should focus on the quality of food. My wife and I ended up with acidity and stomach issues.

Hotel is located 1km approx from Mathura Jn railway station. The location of the hotel is not good, no shops, market etc available in 500 meter of radius. TV in the room provided is also not working.

location was accurate room are small tea cups were not available intercom was poor staff surved broken remote of air-conditioner which were difficult to operate i read the power back up facility in hotel that's why I booked here when electricity gone air-conditioners were not working I asked to check they told me it will work when electricity will come after 1-2 hrs and I scold on them they came and check the AC Food was not good my 2 friends were sick next day I extend time/ stay had word on 2500 but at the last moment he refused and took 3000 from me geyser was not working water taps and shower were defective and leaking
