Hotel The Mansion

Hospitality was not up to the mark. Water etc basic amenities not provided daily despite several requests. Poor hotel.

Mansion hotel Mathura was good but staff behavior was a little bit rude. The chair was broken, complimentary soap was out of stock, and breakfast was not available on time.

the hotel was okay just average I would say . we booked two rooms nd got two different rooms and. the bathroom door handle was broken it was smelly flush wasn't working I won't recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are not as per description. Also washroom was messy and dirty. In room service was not available.

room images are new and clean when I booked a hotel by your platform. but when I visited the hotel, the room was average like asharam. not very clean and hygienic. soap are in washroom in plastic bottel. there is no towel. I have paid. but hotel room was actually less.

Service is not that good, no electric kettle, no coffee tea pouches given, even if asking for water then only they give, no towel and brush and paste given in bathroom. When we ask for it then only they give.

When my parents checked in there was water leakage in AC ,then we change they change the room there Geyser was not working everyday we have to call for hot water . Our first room was with Fridge in new room staff says we will not give fridge,I Would recommend don’t book this hotel

No hot water available , TV not working. Due load shedding 5 to 6 times AC was not working. No morning tea was provided though we were ready to pay them extra for that. hence overall stay was not comfortable as expected.

There is no restaurant attached as shown, geyser not working, no parking facility , in short very average

The location of the property is on the main road of Srikrishna Janmo Bhumi. Food was not available in the hotel due maintenance work is undergoing a restaurant. Amenities are good but some are not working properly. But the service was humble and full of care.

property location is brilliant for elderly people. not far from Mandir. rooms are family friendly. nice have a stay for 2 days

there is no proper lighting ac working wifi , check in time is very ocward lift is not working no venti lation in room over all very very poor hotel

The property is currently under renovation, which has led to several significant issues that negatively impacted our stay. Most notably, there was no running water in the taps throughout our stay. An alternative arrangement was suggested—requesting buckets of water via phone—but the room telephone was non-functional. Instead, a mobile number was provided, which was consistently unanswered, further compounding the inconvenience. Additionally, the hygiene standards were extremely poor. The bedsheet had visible blood stains and was torn at the edges. The pillow was also in an unacceptable condition—dirty and clearly unwashed. This forced us to make an uncomfortable compromise for the night, as we had to leave early the next morning. On a positive note, the food quality was satisfactory. The poha, chai, and paratha served were good. However, despite the decent food, the overall experience was highly unsatisfactory due to the lack of basic amenities, poor communication, and unacceptable hygiene conditions. I would not recommend staying here until renovations are complete and service standards are improved.

When we reached at hotel we waited for 30 min at mid night at reception. In room there was no water, smelly and AC was dripping.

Restaurant not available (Lunch & dinner), Brackfast is a normal & Room Service not satisfactory .

The hotel infrastructure was very bad. The lift was not working properly. It was getting stuck repeatedly. We got stuck in the lift three times. The hotel rooms were of very poor quality. The beds were torn. They were covered with sheets and the service was of very poor quality. No one was there to listen. This is a very bad hotel. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

hotel is near gate no3 krishna janmabhumi mandir,very good hotel, staffs are very cooperative &helping they guide us how to do darshan in vrindavan jow to take taxi and local auto etc
