good location, good accommodation, and walkable distance to srikrishna janmstan

Location Location Location. Very close to the temple and can see the temple from the Terrace. Rooms are well maintained but have only basic amenities. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and may not be easy for elderly people. Also it above a Nursing home so be prepared to come across patients.

It was one of the most horrible experience we ever had for stay. They refused to give check in at 10:30 pm ( it was never mentioned in terms & conditions). I have to make a call on make my trip .. still nothing was done. On repeated insisting that there is family they gave 2 very substandard room in another guest house. Inspite of asking no refund was initiated. Next day when we checked in one room was stinking like anything .. inspite of complaints nothing was done. Hygiene was very poor in the property. Open wires on side of bed.

The unit that we booked was completely ruined. And looked like store room. Even bedsheets were torn and very dirty. Doors were stuck and could not even open. Very dirty place so we spoke to owner and he transferred us to some other hotel which was again very dirty with no wifi and tv was also not working. It was a horrible experience. Would have given -5 should have been in the option.

Location is excellent. Accomodation is very well maintained. Overall a preferable family stay with each and everything nearby available.

Ac is not even working properly, the quality of rooms is not good,too much dust, not even cleaning service is there .

Very bad experience. 1. Property booked not provided. 2. The ac was not working, and changed rooms at midnight when it was very hot the kids were very tired with sleepless nights(attaching) 3. Even drinking water is not provided. 4. Following up for bathroom water. 5. No attendant, only one person was there for managing reception and customer services. Even luggage was taken in the room and out at the time of check-in and check-out by itself. 6. It was the worst experience booked a three room apartment and provided 2 single rooms without a kitchen and no refunds. Charged full amount. 7. Lost money and a bad experience to stay.

Pro: -overall the location was nearby to shri krishna janmbhoomi gate 3. -rooms and washrooms were very clean. One could walk bare-feet on the floor without feeling any dirt. -bedsheets were fresh and spotless. -staff at reception and maintenance were good. -amenities like mini-fridge & microwave was present in kitchenette, though not used. Con: -the locality is very traditional and does not have upscale shops or eating places, so the rates seem bit on higher side. -the common area with the water cooler and kitchen sink was very messed. Cleaning would help in bringing it at par with the rooms. -the location that was paid was different and advertised as 3 bedrooms. The prices may need some normalization accordingly.

Location is excellent. Owner is polite & helpful. Apartment needs little facelift to make it elegant. Bathroom fittings need replacement.

The property was not expected as per description. The wall paints were damaged, bedsheet were torn. Leakage ik bathroom. For 4500, the quality of room could be much better.

The stay was nice. It is nicely located just in front of the srikrishna janmabhoomi temple. Rooms were clean and big and comfortable. Owner and staff was very friendly.

Good ambience, clean rooms, beautiful view and clean bathrooms supportive staff and good neighbourhood.

Gave different room than what was booked

Good stay in mathura near janmabhumi gate 3. My family had a good time staying in this location. We were offered 2 rooms instead of the full apartment. Reason given was that due to a senior citizen i was not given the full apartment as it is on 2 floor near another gate. However, i found this location okay and nothing to complain about. Sagar chaturvedi was kind to us. Make sure you are getting what you booked.

The apartment is good but the area isnt good. Its crowded and vehicles cant go there. They gave us a room in their hotel instead-of the apartment and that is very good

Was denied check in as i was late to reach the place. The owner was kind of rude but after some arguments and requests he let us in. The place is on the third floor above a hospital with no lift. My experience was just below average.

We had a tough time locating and driving up to this place. If you are game for a rustic sort of facility this is a great place. Very large and can easily accommodate 8 - 10 persons. View of krishnajanmabhoomi from its balcony is breathtaking. Having said that, it is a sort of rundown place especially electrical side. If the geyser is on, you get a mild electric shock on entire water system.

I have booked the apartment but the hotelier gave my apartment to others. It was a disaster experience. That time i was traveling with family for religious trip. I need full amount of refund. Refund. I dont have any images for the stay. But i did-not get the apartment which i booked.

I doubt, if this place falls under the category of hotels. No kitchen but no complaints either. The cutlery was dirty and uncleaned. There are no room service at all.

In this price range you can have a wonderful apartment with all the facilities which you will not get from other hotels
