We were told that tha AC of the booked room was not working, so we were shifted to another bigger room. but that room was totally shabby, stinky, walls were damaged due to seepage. Fan was running slow. They set the AC at 25 and took away the remote. Only upside is that the hotel is just at the backside of Janmabhoomi

it was good, cleaned room, washroom as well. The property location is quite close to the mandir. 2 things I want to highlight, one is they try to review and rating by himself behalf of the customer. and 2nd thing the manager tries to be clever to hide charges. suppose we book any room on the app. after reaching there he will offer you ground floor or something else. at the time of check out they tries to charge extra for that room. (aapke app wala room to Chhota tha ji, humne bade wala diya). but we won't tell about the charges at the time of check in. however I didn't pay any extra charges. rest is good

The room was very small, there was no arrangement for luggage storage and the washroom's roof had a hole from where ac vent pipe was coming through and all the water was coming in the bathroom.

It's a good property walking distance of 5-10 minutes Krishna Janmabhoomi. It's a very quite place . Room with balcony had a good ventilation very calm and quite place. Really enjoyed my stay at Radha Madhavam. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Mathura. Good thing is Market, restaurants , public transport are accessible from the place. Staff at the hotel was really friendly nice people. Only thing I would say is they should provide shampoos , liquid toiletries, and complimentary 1 water bottle daily.

No ventilation in the room. No Exhaust in the wash room. No dust bin. Used linen found used. Ac is good. No food is available- Only tea is available. - location is good and near to Janam Bhoomi.

Even though Radha Madhavam is very near to Krishna Janmasthan the room had NO space to move around OR keep things

The hotel was under-construction. The room was very dusty and didn't even have a single table to keep things on. Service was poor too. When asked for hot water for bathing, we were questioned as to why we need it. The room we booked wasn't the room we got. We were given the last leftover room. When asked for a change in room, we were offered a Non-AC room. There was no lift too so had to climb 2 floors and go. Wish the hotel details had all this clarity. It's not fair to charge 3k like other hotels where the service and the stay is much better.

The bathroom is very darty no cleaning toilet fles not working properly please check i Am not a sajest this hotel
