worst hotel. very unhygienic. doesn't even deserve 1 star. rooms doesn't have windows, its very suffocating inside. though I booked superior room they gave very congested and small room. bathroom is very small. its in middle of slum, entry is very dirty, no lifts.

Sir, perhaps you didn’t read properly while booking whether the hotel has a lift or not, and you felt the hotel is in a slum area. Sir, the hotel is actually in the main market, which is connected to Mathura Junction — the station is approximately 400 meters away. There is 24-hour vehicle service and 24-hour food service. It is located in the center of the market — you can check on Google location. As for the room and bathroom, they are exactly the same as the photos uploaded on the booking portal — 200% the same. Pathetic home service. Door lock not working. Even water is not delivered after ordering. Food is average. Location is very dirty, but rooms are good. Room pathway staircase is very congested.

Good Location - 2 mins from Mathura Junction, but entry is congested, small width staircase you have to go up and bathroom was very small but overall good experience, staff was polite and helpful

The hotel's location was very poor although the food was good but the room size is very small and the air circulation is zero too much humidity and after so many reminders my room service was not fulfilled. Not recommended for family stay and will not choose this hotel next time.

Ma'am, honestly, I didn't want to reply, but you mentioned the hotel's location. The hotel is in the main market, where you have access to transportation and food 24 hours a day. The room size was 12x12. The hotel wasn't humid; the weather itself was. As for room service, our staff came to you as soon as you called. You had an issue with the AC, and the staff set the temperature for you. But you might know that an AC takes some time to cool a room; it doesn't start cooling the moment it's switched on. The compressor takes 3 minutes to start. I even called you after you checked out. If our behavior still wasn't up to your liking, I am sorry for that. But my staff and I gave our 100%.

You will find each and every solution and guidance for your Mathura Vrindavan Trip. There is a dedicated Travel desk at hotel and you will find best and economic deals on your tour package and site seeing of Mathura, Vrindavan and surroundings.Hotel staff is very humble and gives home like services like early morning tea to late night Milk for children and many more. Once you start your day hotel owner Ram Bhaiya will properly guide you about whereabouts of the day plan, also if you had hired any Cab from here you will feel that one of your family member is taking you for the sightseeing and also taking care of you and your belongings during journey. I really want to appreciate Hotel Owner Mr.Ram Meena (Ram Bhaiya) our cab driver Mr.Ajit Choudhary (Ajit Bhaiya) and to each and every staff of Hotel. I will definitely gives you guys a 5 star ratings and above, May God bless you all...Raadhe Raadhe..
