The location is perfect, just a short distance from the main temples and local attractions Its perfectly located on the main road, with autos available right outside the hotel. Prem Mandir Vrindavan , Shri Banke Bihari Temple, Vrindavan ,Chaar Dham Vrindavan , vrindavan Chandrodaya Temple ,Shri Krishna Janmasthan ,Kans Quila ,Shri Radha raman mandir all are near the hotel The stay was also very affordable, offering great value for money. 1650 to 2400 overall Highly recommend THE RAMAN PALACE

The property location is good. It’s near to The Shree Krishn janamsthan. The hotel is clean and has all the basic amenities. The host is really helpful. We were upgraded to a super deluxe room. He also guided us on how to roam around in the city. Overall it was a very good stay

My stay was good and the person at reception Mr.Sachin was very helpful, first time i travel so i was not familiar with route and place of visit. He had given me full idea to do explore the Mathura in which i really enjoyed. Excellent room with beautiful view, only one thing that there was bulb fused in the room, rest everything was great.

All facilities available in good price staff nature are also good And parking also available in front of hotel

there were no back up for electricity even vanitilation is not proper we feel suffocating out there ,they dont have any rooms in ground floor,stair are also very narrow and dangerous for old age, staff behavior is so rude, all the details they put on mmt is fake this hotel is just a fraud. we left this hotel with in half an hour without any refund.

There is no lift and also poor service and also very far from mathura . hot water is also not available. there is also not cleaning guy

The property is located near Krishn Janm Bhumi temple. The services provided is okay. However, it's a budget hotel with very basic facilities. Rooms size is moderate. In my case, the bathroom was smelly and it was quite uncomfortable. There is no lift either. Rest everything is fine and care taker is a helping person providing guidance on visiting the near by places. Overall experience is so so.

Booked deluxe room for 1 night during my trip to mathura But later I extend it to two more days because I like the hotel the rooms were so good and spacious Very friendly environment. Peaceful location, not too much vehicle noice and walkable local shops access. It's a new property. Hotel Rooms are nice equipped with Air condition, celling Fan, Smart TV, Free Wifi Access, Chair and obviously 24 hrs room service. Neat and clean bedding & bathroom equipped with western toilet and centralized water geyser. Very well mannered staff. Always Ready to serve their guest. About Owner and family, I can say during my stay I felt like home. 24 hrs cold/hot water supply and whenever need hot water tell them for on geyser, they do for you any time and no need to wait. They have kitchen also where you can order food from their food menu. Thali option is also in menu. We got always fresh food and sada bhojan, not too much masala and chilli, which was perfect for kids also. For fast food stall, icecream parlour etc just go towards highway 200 mtr by walk. And if want to eat famous pehelwaan kachori, jalebi, dhokla just take shared auto at 10 rs per person from highway to govardhan chauraha 500 mtr ahead. Rates was also economic. For sightseeing part it's a great location. You can get auto easily in front of hotel. But always check distance and sharing rates as they demand high rates for full auto. Krisn janam bhumi is 600m. It's in walking distance after cross flyover but if you have kids then take auto. I had given 10 rs in sharing basis to reach there . It's a land of lord krisna so they don't charge for small kids. After krishna janam bhumi you can visit dwarkadhish temple, vishram Ghat, bhuteshwar mahadev temple which is nearby janambhumi. On my next stay I will definitely book here threw direct booking..

Our stay at was absolutely exceptional! from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. Owner he treated us like family, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

Rooms are spacious but better for bachelor and family. Couple it might seems but uncomfortable but it’s manageable. It’s quite old hotel but you can manage. Budget wise it’s fine but you might get better hotel near by for the same price. Hotel people were cooperative though.
