We had a wonderful experience staying at Shri Bankey Bihari Guest House in Mathura. The staff here are extremely helpful, polite, and honest. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable — from safely keeping our luggage to allowing us some extra time for checkout, everything was handled with great care. The customer service was outstanding, and the behaviour of the entire team was very warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Deepak and Mr. Akash for their excellent support and hospitality throughout our stay. We highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Mathura. It’s a perfect place for a peaceful and hassle-free stay close to the spiritual heart of the city.

Great Location and Spacious Rooms for Families

We stayed at this hotel with our family and had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained – easily accommodated 6-8 people comfortably. A big plus was that the room had two washrooms – one Indian-style and one Western-style – which was very convenient for a large group.It's also conveniently located near Mathura Railway Station, which made travel very easy for us. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for families or groups!
