pathetic service. Poor ac service .after 12 pm, manager is harassing to leave room .TV is not working. Bathroom is smelling badly. No air fresheners provided so much followup

I had lot of booking with MMT before this hotel booking but this was the worst hotel room with worst hygiene. there were cockroaches in the room, taps were not working well, no hot water in bathroom, dust in the cabinet, possibly evrything dirty.

Regret to inform that i booked many times rooms in my trip through make my trip app and enjoyed my traveling, even till yesterday i enjoyed haridwar trip, accordingly having faith i booked deluxe category room with breakfast( non refundable)from 23rd to 26th january in above hotel, regret to inform that being a regular traveller i never stayed in such hotel the facilities mentioned in your app. Not found, size of room is not as per details mention, geyser water is flowing that 1bucket of hotwater for bath will be available in 10 minutes, staff is not co-operative behave like obliged guest for staying in there hotel. Need to cancel my booking, will got o some other good hotel in mathura. Please arrange to refund the amount paid in advance. Kindly confirm. Thanks, mukesh bhomia

Hotel was unhygienic. Dirty washrooms, no door knobs, dirty bedsheet. Couldn't stay there for even an hour

Room too small and there is no soap, shampoo etc. And also the bathroom was dirty. Not family oriented

actually this is Oyo type hotel. No water bottles. power supply for Ac and geyser is on demand.

According to price it's every think wellen good and perfect location just 2 kilo miter destance to mathura junction

Only staf behaviour was good other wise all are very bed toilet flush not working , gyzer not working , toilet door inside handle was broken , bathroom nal and all junked , inside room smell was very bad ac not cooled very well , i am very disappointed and worsted experience in my life …

The room was not good and wasn't spacious. The bathroom lock was not working properly and on top of that the hotel owner wasn't cooperative at all and seemed money minded, they didn't provide any complementary water bottle and charged me extra for mineral water. Also, we were 4 members and 3 (sister, aunt and my aunt's daughter) had a train about 1-2 hours later, they didn't allow them, and said only 2 people can stay in the room. Don't go for it, if you are with family. You can find much better options in vrindavan at this rate.

Cleanliness was not good or gisar was not doing the work properly or there was staff to correct gisar, his behavior was not good at all, he was entering the room without permission.

the hotel is 0. 8m away from prem mandir l, however in actual it is 13 km away from prem mandir. Also the rooms are not clean, no proper facilities, not hygiene, washrooms not clean. Poor staff

The stay was okay at the price. But at least they should maintain the cleanliness in room. The tap handle was broken the food was not at all fresh though they replace it but the taste was not good in second time also so better to eat out. The geyser and ac u can’t control as the switch is with receptionist who on it when they feel is needed i complain about this to make my trip also but no response

The hotel is located not far from rly. Stn. But the room(204) is too small. Hot water is provided on request only. The sample soap is too small. Cleanliness is ok. No carpet in the room

Location is little far to vishram ghat and dwarikadhish temple, food is good, staff is also good and supportive

Location good, food ok, staff behaviors good, overall good. Quality ok. No problems for family tour at pick time.
