If you are charging , then please at least provide toiletries, mineral water and kettle which are even mentioned in description of rooms but not given. Also remove work desk from your description. Also there is frequent powercut in area but property has power backup for basic light,fan. The Location is convenient easily accessible to Auto,transport and Krishna janm bhumi area.

I had to wake up the receptionist to check out l, he was sleeping No 24/7 reception service Only issue

Excellent location, just stone throw away distance from Janambhumi. Sachin is very helpful, quick room service, clean rooms. Just there's a bit of an issue of mosquitoes, so suggest to keep odomas or any mosquito repellant or request from the staff if they can provide good night machine.

Decent stay, good service but room could be cleaner.

The rooms were good but ventilation is quite poor. The cleanliness with spotless floors, well maintained beds and neat bathroom is a big plus. However there was some sound being noticed in one of the door between the two rooms.

no doubt the room was amazing, and the manager's behaviour is also that I travel solo but for the group it is also and I don't think you will regret it to stay i like all

Hotel room is clean. Near to Ram Janmabhoomi. It's good for staying with family. Staff behaviour is also good.

We stayed here for 3 days, and our experience was really wonderful! The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and the entire staff was cooperative in every way. The location is perfect - just a short walking distance from Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, which made our visit even more convenient. The room service was also great, and everything was well-maintained. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mathura or Krishna Janmabhoomi.

We had a early chech in and same day check out . The room which we booked with the service provided by the hotel was not given to us instead they gave us another room. They have mentioned in the make my trip that they will provide basic amenities but we were not given even one mineral water bottel to us which was mentioned in basic amenities. Thus my stay was OK types not so good but not bad. I would certainly suggest the hotel should modified their true services on web so that the guest won't feel uncomfortable n uneasy. Guest should know what hotel is providing and what not. Thus I m giving 3 stars to hotel for not being honest for providing services.
