we booked 5 people breakfast but we receive only 2 person breakfast and hotel staff saying eat this for all 5 people and not cleaning in room even not provided blankets also and when asked they say switch off the AC if but we cannot provided blanket but after complaining tgey bring old blanket with lots of spot on it and they say we have thai only use it or throw it, even door also not closing properly ita geting atuck in between while closing. we have very bad experience only hotel have space but not cleaning and service.

It was overall clean and nice property, close to railway station as well. The staff was helpful and cooperative but the only downside was that we booked 2 rooms for 3 but they gave us 1 room with double bed only and 1 room for 3 and did not change it even after our complaint.

The worst experience till date. The name written on the Make My Trip website was not visible anywhere outside the hotel. After getting the location of this hotel from the Make My Trip website, we were somehow able to reach this hotel. After going to the reception no one was present to respond for 15 minutes. Even after calling the numbers written on the hotel signboard, no response was received. No extra mattresses, no cold mineral water even in this hot summer. The washroom runs out of water anytime. the power goes out at night And there’s no inverter for it. Overall the worst and terrible experience ever. Please think 100 times before booking this hotel for your family and friends.

it does not provide service as shown online in the images! although it was a little difficult to find the hotel location !stay was okay! Hotel staff was cooperative! the front look of the hotel doesn't resemble as shown in the reference image, that needs to be updated!
