The location is good but room was not that good . No tea in the morning before 8 am and no hot water as promised.

Property was good from outside but when you move in only then you see the real truth. Dirty plates lying here and there, landlines not working, lift not working. Smell of severage was there in the room. Pillows and bedsheets looked like they were never changed. Bathroom taps were greasy. Total waste of money.

Room service is not good and staff is not helpful

Good condition. Room well maintained. Good staff. Good services. Great food testy and dilevered on time.

My room is ready, when i reached at hotel, so i get the room key without any delay. The room is clean, fresh one towel and basic toiletries are provided. That's the good part, but drinking water has not provided, intercom is not working, but on request they have provided their personal number. The room service are not prompt, and have a very limited breakfast options. Rest things are good.

Rooms are comfortable nd clean food is good staff is good but there is some small problem like intercom not working use mobile to communicate to reception desk

Check in check out was good but room service was slow wifi is not there i am disappointed by this.

The hotel neither provided me hand wash nor towel and when i asked the hotel to give me towel and hand wash, it said that i will send it and a boy brought only hand wash, then i said bring towel also, he told me looking angrily he brought the towel again.

The mattress, pillow and rajai/blanket was stinking. Toilet seat was broken. Reception guy never picked up calls made by me. Location was good. Cat * was spread all over when i came out of my room in the morning

The hotel was newly built and the room was neat and clean and the staff were co-operative.
