Pleasant stay. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. Hotel can provision for small pantry facility to serve snacks, drinks, tea coffee.

The hotel was good. True to its price. The only issue is it is a bit far from hear ki paudi and railway station. Otherwise a decent stay

Rooms were nice but there was service issue. No water in washroom in the morning and it took them 1 hr to arrange for the same

Here it is on second floor and there is no facility of snacks and food

Rooms were clean and hygienic, staff was good overall it was really nice stay

It was overall a good experience staying in the hotel arsh residency haridwar, there should be a little cleanliness in the room.

This hotel stay is awesome with comfort, staff is friendly and very cooperative. Rooms are nee t and clean. I would recommend this hotel to all without any hesitation.

No parking was provided by the hotel and we were asked to park on the road. Hotel service was disaster and when ordered a tea they took order and later rejected later.

Cleanliness was good but they don’t provide even basic toiletries. Also they don’t have kitchen service available whole night till next moening 8:30 am which is late and with kid you would need milk etc which makes it difficult to get.

Location is good near to highway, comfortable nicely cleaned big rooms and bathrooms, very supportive staff. Only drawback is that no day parking is available by the hotel, only night parking otherwise we had an excellent stay. Thankyou

It was quite a good stay. The hotel is good ,neat and clean. The staff was quite supportive. The location was good, not far from any location.
