Very disappointing stay. The room had a terrible smell, and there was water leakage from the ceiling and walls. Bedsheets were dirty and clearly not changed properly. On top of that, they charged extra for laundry without informing in advance. Room service was very poor and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money.

we spent a night here. Mr Bobby was so helpful in every area. he provided us extra mattress and blanket for my kids. He guided us how to enjoy mall road without much effort. the view inside hotel was very beautiful, it was actually hill view rooms. the price of hotel is budgeted but it had all the facility which a three star hotel should have. water, tv, towels etc. while checking out again Mr Bobby says good bye with sweet chocolates for the kids. awesome hotel and awesome stay

I recently stayed at Hotel Ambika Palace, and I must say, the hospitality here is absolutely exceptional. A special mention goes to Mr. Bobby Verma, whose dedication and professionalism truly set a high benchmark. The way he has trained his entire team reflects his commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction—every staff member was courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. During my stay, I unfortunately experienced sudden pain in my chest and right arm late at night. My daughter immediately reached out to Mr. Verma, and to my surprise, at 12:30 am he personally arrived with an SOS first aid kit and assisted us with prompt care. His swift response and genuine concern were truly commendable and something I will never forget. Thanks to his attentiveness and the team’s excellent service, what could have been a distressing experience turned into one of reassurance and care. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Ambika Palace to anyone looking for a wonderful, safe, and memorable stay. With hospitality like this, you’ll feel not just like a guest—but like family.

I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Ambica Palace. From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth Manager Boby verma was so helpfull, and welcoming. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the lighting was warm, and the overall ambiance was peaceful—ideal for relaxation after a long day.

If you want a unhygienic place then this is a perfect hotel. Bobby Verma is a pimp for the hotel who will insist you to upgrade to another room at some additional cost. Even if you get this hotel for free please don’t stay here if you need a hygienic place to stay.

My experience at the hotel was very good. There is someone named Bobby there who supervises everything; he is very polite and cooperative. This is a great option for staying.

Very poorly managed Room and wash room.Even soap, towel was not provided even after my request.Breakfast was horrible,Phoa was smelling like anything Property is poorly managed. Washroom was smelling and basic things like towel ,soap etc was not provided even after asking for it. Breakfast was not good. Variety was not provided even phoa was smelling

The actual room was much different than the pictures shown at MMT. The bedsheet was dirty and torn. The washroom wasn't clean , and the staff was also not good. The walls were dirty and the sofa & table weren't good as well.

I had a group family visit and booked four bedroom, when I checked in at late evening I was totally harassment that rooms was not ready dirty bed sheets, smeels in the room, no towel in washrooms ,no tea material even no drinking water , after many argued with in charge of hotel they arranged the requirements but at all no room service at time , no lift in hotel ,no cleanliness and nit suited for group family tour , the in charge was cooperative and helped us but the problem is management of hotel , the management is not looking at the customer need and not maintaining the hotel properties, the washroom was so dirty , no hot water and showers was not working, mixture in washroom totally old class and not working, totally it's not considerable and zero hospitality thanks

We had a terrible experience. We booked this hotel on the basis of the pictures, the property looked nothing like the images shared. The rooms were filthy, the linens were dirty, the locks dint work, the washrooms were in a terrible state. We were forced to stay as it was weekend and we could not find another hotel or we would have preferred leaving immediately after checking in.
