Property location is 450 meters from mall road and reaching there is a bit difficult, both by car and walk (due to steepness). Rooms are fine but washrooms need betterment and wipers. Host, Mr Negi is a gem person but he overworks to manage everything. Food options are limited, mostly breakfast and that too pranthas, maggie and tea/coffee.

Service related issues, Staff told daily/ many times on call that enter before 10 PM in the Room, bathroom condition very bad in one room, second room bathroom is average , wifi connection very poor and not covrage in the room, TV not fully working in one room, badsheet and rajai cover and pillow cover are very very derty, pillow very hard, big spider in one room wall, sevar smell in bathroom, The sound of dog barking is heard repeatedly.

Uncle nature is very cooperative and good and hotel view location is also better but there are some dogs so feeling afraid and distance from bus stand is little far and climbing route

It has a very good Atmosphere and a beautiful view of Mussuri like a clean Room service is too good and the food is also love it

The stay was okay, but for the amount I spent, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and service.

it was OK property, I didn't meet owner, I met Care taker Negi , he was good person. Location wise not good not so bad. overall my experience is good with my stay here.

Uncle ji who was there available at the property was very nice and humble human being..He served me food and accommodation with his all heart..Stay was decent..

It was good and very pleasant as expected. I booked this stay as per the peoples review and it was up to the expectations. I would like to thank the uncle over there as he is very helpful by nature. So guys if u ever want to visit mussorie please stay at the Natures vault.

It was simple and cute, good facilities were given. just I think there should be a power back up.

this property's is very isolated or not good stay because first here running a school and now convert in a home stay .... and make my trip listed this property in hotel search..... I booked here but I'm not check in because of security concern......
