I reached there at 6'O clock but they told me to wait till 11'o clock for check in but my bus was at 8 am so i told them that i have to go 8'o clock and i have only booked for 3 hours how can i check in at 11.Then they somehow understood but gave me only a bed in a common room not in the dormitory i managed but at 7 am i got the news that my bus is cancelled then i wanted to extend my time so i went to reception and asked about price, i said i want to book till 5 pm they said here is the list for price i check and found that it was for a whole day and for some hours. But on make my trip it was showing just i said i can book online but the receptionist said if you book online you can check in at 11 am and you have to wait till 11 am without any room so i had to pay .It was a terrible experience with them cause they don't want me to book through make my trip otherwise they will not allow me to check in before 11am but there on there board in their property it was already mentioned that for dormitory 24 hours check in is available but they didn't allow me

pathetic experience, cockroaches in the room and AC doesn't work. please check properly they would change your 1 day booking into just a 3hrs booking and would start asking for extra charges. the staff is soo bad. do not book I repeat "NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE '

The stay at Homestay AC Dormitory, Kashmiri Gate, Delhi on 10 September 2025 was extremely disappointing. The manager exhibited very rude behavior, making the experience uncomfortable from the beginning. *Check-in Issues* The manager kept me waiting in the reception area for 2 hours before allowing check-in, despite my arrival at 10 PM. During the wait, I was insulted and treated disrespectfully by the manager. *Accommodation Problems* I was given a bed where the AC was not functioning, making it difficult to rest. The manager charged 300 INR extra unexpectedly and allowed me to stay for only 3 hours, which is unreasonable and felt like a forced, short-stay arrangement. *Positive Points* The location of the property is good and easy to find. *Major Concerns* Manager’s rude attitude and lack of customer service. Long delay during check-in and unjustified additional charges. Poor facilities (non-working AC) and extremely limited stay duration (only 3 hours after paying extra)

Really clean toilets, beds, common room, and overall environment. The staff is very helpful and supportive. I accidentally booked the wrong package 6 hours instead of 2 days but they were extremely considerate. They explained where I went wrong and then adjusted my booking with a discount for 2 days. I really loved the place. A must-visit! 5 star
