The Taj Stuidos-Luxury Stay in Mall with PVR, Shopper Stop, Lifestyle, Food Court With All Brands

There was no receptionist and when the guards tried calling him first he did not pick up for an hour and then when he did pick up said that he is sleeping in the only available room and he can't give it to me. Pathetic!

I wish I could give zero stars. My stay here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures shown . The staff was unhelpful and rude, and every request — from clean towels to fixing the AC — was ignored or delayed. The bathroom smelled awful, and the bed linen looked like it hadn’t been changed in ages. Noise throughout the night made it impossible to sleep, and the overall hygiene standards were pathetic. For the price they charge, this place is a complete rip-off. I checked out early and went somewhere else just to get some peace of mind. Would never recommend this property to anyone — save your money and stay somewhere else!

The room in pics is deceiving, looks nothing like what was shown in images, no views no balcony, the bathroom and washroom were not clean, no utensils or napkins, no kettle, no water bottles or tea or coffee was provided, Unprofessional staff, no guest safety , the walls were broken and paint had washed off, moreover they have bedbugs. It was a very unpleasant stay and a very bad experience. Wasn’t at all expected for the amount I had paid. I had to stay as I had made an advanced booking and they would cancel or pay back the money. Bad bad experience!

The property was not clean. mosquitoes was there in the room. no mosquitoes repellent was provided. it was really difficult to sleep in that condition.

Stay at The taj studio was horrible … the place doesn’t have a parking and you have to rely on mall parking … room Ac was not working and because it’s self checking room the manager was been rude to me. Place is dirty water licking from the Ac … no water and bedsheet and other things can’t be more dirty … I spend the night somehow and left first thing in the morning … I will never book there again … if price less means it’s gonna be dirty then I would suggest make my trip should only keep the places which is expensive but safe and clean to stay.

Extremely bad room, service is very very bad, I'm not saying this because not able to say any human being. in room every where bad things are throne. very bad experience. please don't reference any one to saty in this worst hotel and room in whole india.

1 - The previous customer's garbage was lying there 2 - Room was not clean 3 - Shower is not working 4 - Towel not provided 5 - Made me wait for 1 hour to be given a room 6 - no one was answering the call

The room was also good. All the essentials were kept inside it. Sugar cane, candles, Colgate etc. and it was a very good experience.

everything is good but there is only one thing missing that is proper hygiene in room as it shows but there is no proper clean and hygiene is not proper which is disappointing otherwise everything is good and in this price property it gives us a luxurious feeling but due to hygiene it's not upto mark in this price.
