We booked 2 non AC rooms and got in different floors…so asked to give it in yhe same floor with AC but they didn’t even provide us AC remote even if we asked them multiple times for that.customer service by one of the receptionist was very bad but the owner was very friendly and other everything like cleanliness was okay…overall okayidh
