I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience staying at this hotel with my family. We had booked two rooms for one night, and unfortunately, the service and quality fell far below expectations.
- Check-in Disaster: Despite prior reservations, we were made to wait over an hour for check-in—with no proper seating arrangements. It felt like we had to argue our way just to get access to the rooms, which otherwise might have been delayed by 2–3 hours more.
- Poor Room Condition: The rooms were cramped, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. The bathrooms were dangerously slippery, and there was no cleaning done prior to our arrival. The air in the room felt stale and unpleasant.
- Zero Hospitality: Basic amenities like dental kits, slippers, and towels were not provided proactively. We had to request them repeatedly—towels arrived only after about 10 follow-ups. The landline in one room didn’t work, neither did the TV or the electric kettle.
- Overpriced Dining: On top of the dismal service, the food prices were unreasonably high for the hotel’s standard.
In summary, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. For the price we paid, the lack of service, cleanliness, and basic functionality was unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere—you deserve better for your money.
