Vary bad experience. No images about bad experience bilkul bhi achha hotel nhi hai, koi safai nhi, khana nhi, breakfast nhi, rajai gadde badbu maarte hai

A decent home stay.
This property is located 5-6 kms away from mall road and has parking space in front of property on the road for a couple of cars. If you choose to stay on the top floor then you can also enjoy great views but the property has no lift so you will have to climb a lot of stairs.

Nice stay. Little far from main shimla but it's peaceful. Servant instructed us not to wash clothes here. Manager is very polite.

Not so good but if you cant find anything you can go for this
Location is off the mall road, you need to travel 5-6 kms left from mall road. Property is in aparments like buildings. We were not able to find it because of no boarding and location was showing somethint else. Food was average. Rooms were average, service was average.

Thank you mr kartik for staying with us, it was great hosting you. You are right the property is a homestay and not a hotel and its just 10 min drive from mall road. I believe you assumed this property to be a hotel while providing your feedback, however it may not be fair to expect a homestay property providing hotel level experience. Thank you for taking time out to provide your feedback. As always to delight our customers we go above and beyond and this time too, we did our best to accommodate an early check-in request for you and your partner at 8am, against the normal check in time of 2pm at the backdrop of busy long weekend. Rooms were cleaned and sanitized as per standard protocols, fortunately during this time both you and your partner were present during the cleaning process (given an early check-in. You used hotel room and services for 6 hours before you left for city tour without clearly informing us that you will not return and later requested for refund through mmt. If i was in your place i would not have checked into a facility not meeting my standards. I rather consider your actions in this case opportunistic and your claims rather frivolous.
Hotel location and hotel arrangement
Peaceful location, 3km far away from mall road. Prefer this when you have own vehicle otherwise cab taxi not easy to manage. Overall hotel facility and staff are supportive and good.

The stay was great only thing was wifi was missing and there were very low connectivity on mobile data so it was difficult to manage.
