Review Of Beetle

We faced some major issues during our stay here. Before arrival, the owner talked to us rudely when we missed just 1 call from his caretaker. When we arrived, geyser wasn't working, in Shimla during winter you have to make sure hot water is coming. The next day morning, even normal cold water stopped coming. We asked the caretaker to bring some water to our room, he took more than 45 mins and then came to the room to ask for a bucket. we ultimately went ourselves to fill it from the neighboring room. Owner again talked to us rudely instead of being apologetic when we enquired about the water issue, even though I was calm when I shouldn't have been. It was a dreadful experience. only good thing was the food they had prepared. Caretaker behavior was also polite. but 0 marks for the owner's behavior and the water provision. Another thing we felt was that cold wing was blowing in the room even though all the doors and windows were closed.

it was an excellent stay in beetle, specially love the hospitality of the staff (Mr.Rahul and kamal). ☺️

It was good stay at keeyan manali the staff was very polite n their food was also good speciallt gujrati dal khicdi and they even had a pet dog named jackie super cute and even they have kid named keeyan very friendly. Surely will visit again

Hotel is far away from main city and location is so terrible, not at all for family. I didnt cheeked in bcoz of safety. No checking. This hotel is very bad

Without any if & but i would like to give 5 rating to Beetle & the management is very helpful & friendly, which is truly appreciated so i ll try if will come again shimla will definitely stay here again. Thanks Regards Chirag

Property is situated in the lush greenery area. If you want to stay away from rush then you may select this property. Care taker person kamal is also helpful and prepare food on demand. He is very polite.

Nice and cozy rooms, the view is also nice. Helpers are very cooperative. Cleanliness maintained well. The area is a little inside lanes but reachable and safe.

horrible place, Nothing any body man. Only me. Anything one pacility. No food. No tv connection very very bad plz suggest any one no stay this hotel
