It was such a great experience, I would recommend to have a cruise with them. All the arrangements were top notch even the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Very supportive staff members. Stay was comfortable. Room was specious and clean. We travel-led with kids and staff members were all supportive of the adjustments wherever we required help.

Excellent experience to stay here, food which served to us was delicious, behavior or staff at house boat is very good and they are very supportive, overall it was pleasant and fresh one for me and family

We were in a jct house boat in a premium room with two windows, 24hrs ac, attached bathroom, room is awesome, facilities were outstanding, manager mr dawn was very cooperative, all the staffs were very friendly, no problem with hindi or english, joseph, prasad, boat captain were really great, foods veg non veg both were delicious, surprising candle light dinner was cherry on the the cake, it was our life time one of the best experience thank you jct thank you to all the staff of jct the only issue i can say is that u can keep 1/2 more options for the breakfast 10/10

The stay was very nice, enjoyed a lot and the jtc houseboat is an excellent choice to stay. Cabin crew and ground staff was very nice and we were taken care of very nicely.

Overall it was good experience. Housekeeping need to be improved a bit, food was very good however, need at least two options for breakfast. Riding time and coverage was good. Staff was very cooperative. All the facilities were functioning properly.

Boat and hospitality is good. Owner of boat dony away of receiving and take caring is awesome.

We got different houseboat not the one which we booked(jct)

1. Food quality excellent 2. Stay - very good 3. Staff - excellent and supportive 4. Hygiene- very good 5. Its old boat so requires renovation.

The boat was nicely maintained and the food was super delicious.

Houseboat on whole it was neatly maintained and food is excellent. Washroom could have been better in hygeine. Otherwise it's a pleasant stay and nice experience

Very bad experience, provide boat not good

Taste of food is good I really enjoyed it. Even service also good. But the safety is bad as we taken 3 rooms. The 2 rooms can't able to lock the main door. Also, all rest room can't lock. It was really disappointed in my side.
