Disappointed - not a villa!

Homestay will always give a different experience in comparison to hotels and that’s understandable. But if basic amenities are not provided and justification is offered in place of that, it really ruins the experience.

Dear Arpita, I am really sorry about your bad experience written unfortunately. We remember you booked for one adult and stayed alone, but your friends stayed in the nearby property, and you tried to bring them over here which we denied because our property is very small and having just 3 bedrooms and was fully occupied with other tourists during your stay. We remember you requesting many times and even phone called our manager at night for the same request to bring your friends to our property and pool which we denied just because to secure the privacy of our other guests. We still won't allow any visitors from outside to use the pool or the premises because it will disturb the privacy of our other guests staying. I hope the readers will understand our side. Normally all basic amenities are provided at Mandaram villas and all our guest requests are taken with at most care and our aim is to comfort all our guests and we will continue the same service in future as well. We regret for the in convenience caused. Thank you Allwyn

Stay was very comfortable, big rooms and bathrooms. Host was very helpful and provided us with all the support needed during the stay. Breakfast was fulfilling and healthy. Inhouse dining option apart from breakfast was not available, few options available on swiggy to order food until dinner.

Mandarin villas was all that we expected and much more. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, very close to the offshoot of marari beach - mandaram villa is a perfect getaway for those looking to unwind, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The villa has three large bedrooms, wide and spacious and very clean. The bathrooms were quite big and were very clean. We really liked the open sky showers with trees covering the top. It had a lot of natural light. The swimming pool was clean and of a good size. The neighborhood was really nice and quaint. One could just walk around the area and enjoy the nature. It’s also away from the hustle bustle - providing a perfect getaway for those who wants to escape the city life. It’s certainly a place to stay for a longer duration. Allwyn, the host was extremely helpful and guided us through all our activities. If you’re planning to visit this part of kerala then i’d highly recommend this place to stay.
